Can't edit tribal factions #1

Valware:

Whenever I try to edit the xenotype rate of tribals specifically, there are no previews and the debug menu opens. The normal dropdown menu doesn't open either.

Arzotl:

An error occurs where baseliner tribal factions cannot be edited in any way. Any attempt to add new Loadout Overrides results in half of the window being cut off, xenotype spawn rates not showing up at all, and no previews being loaded.

This happens to all baseliner tribal facs, i.e: Cannibal Tribe, Nudist Tribe, Savage Tribe, Fierce Tribe, & Gentle Tribe.

The only mods I had loaded were Total Control and Fluffy's Mod Manager.
