It sould take the following formats:

Syntax Effect
/seek +15 Jumps 15 seconds ahead
/seek +1m10s Jumps 70 seconds ahead
/seek 40s Jumps to position 0:40:00
/seek 40:00 Jumps to position 0:40:00
/seek -20 Jumps 20 seconds behind
