small fixes #209

added the cg class to some images
fixed some expressions
fixed some js links to be relative
fixed some indenting
fixed some typos
fixed strikethroughs; closes #121
removed some irrelevant dialogue in odile in dormont (impossible to get when odile's in dormont but possible other times)

i got distracted in the middle of writing this for so long
