check_osx_server always reports service as RUNNING even when it's not #7

It seems that v0.6.1 always reports a service as RUNNING, no matter if it 
actually is or not. The problem exists with the following services:

- iCal
- Software Update
- Wiki
- Web

(I haven't been able to test the others since I can't turn them off atm).

OS X server is 10.6.7, Nagios 3.2.2 on FreeBSD 8.1, Python 2.6.6. 
libsrvrmgrd-osx 0.6.1
