Use Google Earth Engine (GEE) to gather satellite imagery data and historical climate data.

Use collect thermal band data for city and surrounding area selected, Austin, Texas.
Start with similar time frame data, look for clear sky days in Summer months for years Selected.

@felipe74590 sorry did not see this till today / invite (and was quite swamped today as well), but we're on tomorrow to go through all. Would this be the starting point? Any code to review already or still researching?

Making an EE project was very easy and uv run streamlit run src/app.py runs without errors for me. I think we're good on this issue right?
