Support SQL/JSON functions #182

The SQL/JSON functions need to be handled like the XML functions:

[x] JSON_ARRAY
[x] JSON_ARRAYAGG
[x] JSON_DATAGUIDE
[x] JSON_MERGEPATCH
[x] JSON_OBJECT
[x] JSON_OBJECTAGG
[x] JSON_QUERY
[x] JSON_SCALAR
[x] JSON_SERIALIZE
[x] JSON_TABLE
[x] nested_clause (short-hand syntax for JSON_TABLE)
[x] JSON_TRANSFORM
[x] JSON_VALUE
[x] JSON Type Constructor

Also, the parser should accept all JSON conditions:

[x] IS JSON
[x] JSON_EQUAL
[x] JSON_EXISTS
[x] JSON_TEXTCONTAINS
