pldoc support

is it possible to add support for pldoc? Pldoc documents a plsql object like javadoc does.

I would like to have checks like:

• does this object have a pldoc comment?
• does every parameter of the object have a @param line in the pldoc?
• are the para,eters and @param lines in the same sequence?
• if it is a function is there a @return line?
