Translate to portuguese

I think that to keep an portuguese version too will help those who have some difficulty with English.

I can wait for issue #15 to be finished and send a pull request with a translated document. What do you think?

Maintaining the main list (English) gives work because it is a list that is constantly updated, maintaining the translation will give even more work

My question would be: is it necessary? Usually the project (readme and documentation) is English, what would we gain from the Portuguese?

Hi @danilolmoura, the main problem as @avelino said is the difficulty to keep all updated.

Is important (in my vision) keep this list in english as main language to be possible to read in another countries.
