TCL not found error on windows #10

Hi there. I try to use this scanner on windows and I have the issue with TCL.init file. I've even installed python but it still doesnt work xd image Could you please explain what does it mean and which exactly tcl I have to install.

Ok I've just moved it to another directory and now it runs.
