Submitting tickets via email is a nice feature, but we need a way to add, 
update, or reply to tickets directly in the app.

We're going to add a few more features to make it easier to see what tickets 
you have within Gmail (and get to those tickets), but we can probably add at 
least a minimal reply/update feature within the app itself.
