The wiki could do with a page explaining why IWYU is a good idea,
what the benefits are over the alternatives,
and why forward declarations are preferred over #includes.

Thanks for the suggestion! -- it's a good one.  I just have to find some time 
to do it.  I'm busy tackling iwyu bugs at the moment, but will get to this when 
I have a chance.
