Compile Include-what-you-use with MSVC 2010 #7

Hi this is a small patch to compile include-what-you-use with MSVC 2010.

There are still problems with the python script on Win32. I will address these 
later.

Thanks for the patch!  I've applied it, with some small changes to encapsulate 
the arch-specific code in one file.  I may have messed it up, and I don't have 
a windows machine handy for testing, so can you try this out and let me know if 
it still works?  If not, let me know how to fix it. :-)
