Add sample application with a redistributable Web server

There is no immediate way to take ELMAH for a test run after downloading 
it. One usually has to go through the trouble of setting up a sample Web 
site and getting the configuration right. It would help to have sample Web 
sites demonstrating ELMAH features in action along with several of the 
stand-along error log implementations. This would also help people copy 
the configuration of these examples to get similar set-ups running in 
their projects quickly.

There are several Cassini Sample Web Server implementations that could 
easily be re-distributed with ELMAH. Some of these are:

- http://blogs.msdn.com/dmitryr/archive/2005/09/27/474534.aspx
- http://ultidev.com/products/Cassini/
- (any others?)

One of these along with batch files to build sources and fire up samples 
in one go would go a long way to make the first experience a pleasant one.
