Mega code cleanup #13

Are there any real changes in this PR? Because the cleanup seems to make more mess than anything else to me. It's just changing from one style (the OpenSage style) to another style (Rider?). E.g. when i use dotnet format (https://github.com/dotnet/format) it really only does formatting and i apply that usually before pushing. See the latest commit on master
