Busyloop if no access to configured statefile #70

1. Configure statefile
2. create statefile with -C
3. run grossd with a user id that has no access to the configured statefile

Grossd spins on busyloop forever.

Failed to check return value of open() when opening statefile. Fix in 1.0.1
