Battle special	Cost	Cooldown	What it does
Throw snowball	1 ring	0.25s with rings, 2s without	Launches a harmless snowball at players. The snowball uncurls and flinches players.

TODO

[ ] Fix missing snowball sprite
[ ] Lower spindash speed (especially/at least when with the flag), give it 1/1 priority instead of the default 0/0
