Fix tooltip compatibility issue with CF7 5.2 #62

Array key and filter hook name changed in CF7 5.2.

The old jquery DOM events were also turned off in v5.2.

Do you plan on merging this or working on this? Right now, your plugin sadly is unusable.

Thanks for this PR. It has helped me fix this issue on one of our websites. Had to manually patch the plugin, but better than completely broken.
