Block Web sites #131

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installing Google Desktop
2. Even after Uninstall of Google Desktop
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All web sites are blocked (unaccessible) except google.* and youtube.com
thru direct connection (Gateway). However, thru a proxy server, sites are 
accessible
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.9.1005.12335 on Windows Server Standard Edition SP2

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried to install and uninstall several times but still all sites are 
unaccessible except thru a proxy server.
