Google Desktop locks files #135

I am a software developer and I often find that one of my the  jar files which 
I build regularly, is locked by Google Desktop.  This stops  my build process.  
It's a bit strange, since (1) I would expect that GD should not be locking 
files and (2) It is  always the same file, and not a particularly special one.

Tools like Process Explorer show that GD is doing htis.
When I shut GD  from my system tray, the problem is solved (which confirms that 
GD is doing this),  but this means that I waste time running failed builds, and 
also that GD is no longer running unless I restart it.
