The crawler shouldn't run when laptop is on battery #140

I noticed that the crawler works when my laptop is on battery. This leaves me 
about 50% of my battery to work with the computer. I think at least google 
destkop should ask the user if s/he wants to perform the indexing when running 
on battery, or display a message and wait until the laptop is connected to AC.
