Are you not mixing scalability (ability to deal with a growing number of instances) and cloud-readiness?
Cloud-readiness seems to be the the extent to which the infrastructure can be migrated to the cloud
Cloud-accessibility: extent to which a resource can be accessed from the cloud?
Also, I don't understand why there are two interpretations of cloud-readiness, one for data, one for software. If the interpretation is that different, it might make sense to use two terms and make two diagrams, one for data, one for software?
