Update Deliverable Software contributions #18

@meggart this is the update to the software contributions deliverable. Could you have a look whether I missed something and submit it to the Sharepoint?

@Yomna-Eid I will merge this for now and might add a paragraph on my own work afterwards. In case you would like to add something, just make another PR. Ideally I would submit this tomorrow afternoon since the deliverable should have been submitted by the end of June. Let me know in case you need more time and I can wait with the submission.
