Make an overview section/plot for all tools #3

Would be a good introduction or synthesis paragraph, suggestion by @edzer was to categorize by

  1. Data formats
  2. Softwares
  3. Running systems/services (e.g. GEE, hosted CMIP6 zarr etc)

Maybe we could also categorize it from the user perspective into the different steps they need to work on.
