Fix some typos and add some clarifications.

One question about OpenEO.cloud: When you write, that user defined functions can be written in Python or R, is this a restriction of the openEO backend or could they also be written in Julia as soon as we would have a Julia openEO client?

It's a restriction of the back-end; it could be implemented, but would need implementation in the back-end (which we now know how to do!)
