RPMs for newer distros #68

Hi, I have forked your distro in order to make rpms. Because Leonid Maksymchuk abandoned it and last available Fedora 30 from his repo.

If you wish you can place it in readme https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/yura/primus-vk/
