add element selection mode #100

i want to capture a specific element, it'd be good to select it in a similar fashion to the devtools element selector

Seems already implemented in a fork https://github.com/neneka/svg-screenshots/commit/be04f6db45bbd9bb306b1e80c4a7ce07780e54d1. Not sure why there wasn't a PR (CC @neneka).
