A new type of node (the place with the area) and the edges without tips

The html5 has "map". If you do it over the background image. Then you can create plans and vector zoom maps. If the area to paint and make reference to the tiddler, or at least a external link is added to much power to the application.

I plan to use TiddloMap to compile historical processes and be sure to use:

1. Family Tree
2. The process according to
3. The relationship between authors and literature
4. The placement of objects on the map

If there is an additional opportunity to plans and small vector maps to display the administrativ territorial entities, I would be happy.

Hi @Serj-Aleks, the only way you can achieve this with TiddlyMap is to use a background image in the map (like in the "Quest" view at tiddlymap.org). Maybe it is also helpful to note that TiddlyWiki 5.1.13 also allows you to hand-draw images right inside TiddlyWiki (just create a new tiddler and change the type to "image/png").
