fix RSOD when deleting a tiddler #458

This PR should fix

As I wrote it does fix the RSOD it for me, but I'm not 100% sure if all the functionality works as expected.

Closing this. Checking for undefined at that point just masked the real underlying problem.

I'm sorry I won't be using this PR. I know what an enormous pain it is to get TiddlyMap compiling, and to do so only to have your changes rejected must be extra annoying.

I was messing with it, just to see if there is a fix. As I wrote, I was not sure at all if it makes sense. So no problem.
