JAP_LOCAL_WS_PYTHON_WINDOWS-3.0.0 error #58

I have deployed JAP_REMOTE_WS_PYTHON_OPENSHIFT-3.0.0 in openshift successfully.
but when executing jap_local_ws.exe(JAP_LOCAL_WS_PYTHON_WINDOWS-3.0.0),it 
occurs error：
file "<string>",line 21, in <module>
file "c:\pyinstaller-snapshot\pyinstaller\loader\pyi_improters.py",line 507,in 
install
file "c:\pyinstaller-snapshot\pyinstaller\loader\pyi_improters.py",line 156,in 
__init__
importerror:can't load frozen modules. 

my system is winxp.and i try it in other computers with XP system,it occurs 
same error.

try again after copy the folder into C drive root directory.
