Add Solomon SSD1307 framebuffer support on linux package #3558

I try to connect SSD1306 to my board, but i read the /proc/config.gz file, i goted # CONFIG_FB_SSD1307 is not set Any support?

It's not RISC-V specific and it's better to be reported to upstream instead.
