Don't specify nodeProcessCommandLine in yml file #34

With the fixed Kudu (now deployed), this line is causing trouble. Now it will just do the right thing based on the package.json engine specification. This should help resolve #30

i just tried w/ free tier and it was successful..

that is, from build to running - hitting bot the root of the site, and the admin /ghost

@cicorias Thanks Shawn. So it all came down to using an old npm, caused by a Kudu bug... :)
