make powershell terminal setting editable #1012

I got a new version of powershell7,but execute path can not setting by custom. I can create a new powershell7 tag, but the old PowerShell is too difficult to use and cannot be deleted. https://docs.microsoft.com/zh-cn/powershell/scripting/whats-new/what-s-new-in-powershell-70

The default is there to guarantee some level of functionality with a known good/ built-in terminal. If you would like to use PS7, create a profile for it.
