Not downloading #58

It seems that from a few days ago that no files will download with the notification of "Batch downloading is interrupted." I assume this is from a change on YouTube's end, since I think I heard that some updates have been going on.

same for me was working until yesterday (around 0700 UTC). I had successfully downloading about 10 items. when requests stopped downloading, with the "Batch downloading is interrupted." started. I restarted the computer. upon starting Firefox it upgraded to v127 64-bit (win10) I seem to be using 1.2.1 (?)

Problem was resolved by uninstalling, restarting firefox, and reinstalling.

Hm. I tried uninstalling the add-on, restarted Firefox, and reinstalled the add-on, but seems to still be failing. Everything is up to date.

it worked on the day I posted but now the error is back. uninstalling and reinstalling is having no effect now.

Tried uninstall addon, restart firefox, install addon. Current version installed = 1.2.1 June 20th. Doesn't work, with same error. :-(

I'm also having the same issues. I went to download audio only mp4's and it fails to do so, despite showing a filesize. The actual main downloads say "0 B" as if they can't locate the URL and approximate files/sizes.

I have the same issue since few days. I have also tried the same solutions that did not work. Additionally, I see that the issue has not been assigned to anybody, nor a project for a solution has been started. Please hurry up! Help us out!

I love this program but I've been dealing with this issue the past 2 weeks! Please find a fix so I don't have to use a inferior downloader extension

I appreciate that no-one gets paid to fix it. but I would be sad if this is the plug-ins obituary. I will miss this wonderful plug-in it was so simple to use and created the smallest downloads .so much smaller than the other downloaders.

The author doesn't seem to be active at all, no updates, no answers.

I get the impression the author has abandoned this project (assuming the author is still alive) since the author has been completely inactive for 2 ½ years now.

We went through this a couple years back as well. It went for a good while without working and one day out of the blue the Dev got it working again. I did have to use a different method for a while and yeah it really sucked but it is what it is right? SO hopefully this is not the end of the road. Life happens and free things are not the first in line typically when a dev is giving time and the item away for free.
