Cannot download highest quality video #6

The option to download the highest quality is not showing up, any reason why? I have ffmpeg installed and pointed to the correct directory, but most videos still download at 720p.

Those options should always show up, even when you don't have ffmpeg configured. Bear in mind that they only show up in the 'Download panel'.
