Feedback humphrito design

Here is some thoughts on the current Humphrito medium format CNC design:

Check that the X and Z axis can pass the "gantry feet" and ride all the way to end of the gantry (while milling thin stock)
The joinery in the gantry feet might be a challenge (i prefer finger joints over slot joints, slot joints are more vulnerable to varying stock thickness)
The top of the "gantry feet" are so close to the X axis that a dogbone is needed (not ideal for precision and strength)
The Y axis are extremely long (they are 350mm, Humphrey have 300mm long glideblocks). This might be a good thing though for high speed milling
"Gantry feet" proportions are a little clumsy (lots of bulk)
The short joint teeth in the gantry will require custom dogbones and complicate assembly. Holes would be safer and give visual feedback in assembly. (not critical)
The first and last plate in the torsion box can be extended up and out to function as an endstop, while making a cleaner look
Where does the autohome Z calibration probe go?
Should the physical end stop of Y axis be adjustable, so that gantry squares itself while power is out?
