Update widget UI colors, using widget defined colors instead of title… #82

First of all, Thank you for the scheduler!

I have updated the colors for the widgets so now use the theme's widget and group settings, instead of title color.

Hi @atanasyanew,

thanks for your PR. I personally prefer the current look (background color on buttons and headings etc.), therefore I am not going to merge this. I am still glad you mentioned the pageTitlebarBackgroundColor, that really should not be there and I did change all of the occurrences to use the widgetColor instead (51acce56cc0c93ccb8eec7c1110e4a5b376dc9a7).
