As a Felloh Admin I need to be able to block users / merchants from using our system and APIs. #121

When we have cancelled merchants or users we need to be able to remove their access to systems, data and APIs (including Payment Gateways) without losing the data.

On Organization details page: https://dashboard.felloh.com/organisations/Q8765

perhaps have a remove access function?

Steps it can achieve: Remove all user access deactivate Payment Providers (Do not delete so that we can see who they were using?) Disable Beneficiaries.

Short term solution - deactivate Payment Providers.
