HOME Screen don´t rotate #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. PowerUp device
2. Rotata device to portrait
3. Nothing happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to rotate HOME Screen, continue on landscape mode.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
APAD bach 3, 806 EN
