Wish: create avid mxf files #52

Would it be possible to add avid-mfx-files as output? Right now i often use the 
method described here to genrate them:

http://mdsh.com/wiki/jsp/Wiki?writeavidmxf

which is a multipart process:
1. encode
2. demux video
3. demux audio
4. mux with writeavidmxf (part of the BBC ingex project)
