What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. attempt transcode of any rotated iphone video

This works with rc5

Btw, iphone -> imx in portrait you may have an issue with aspect ratio
Also -f d10_mxf is wrong, it's the wrong name, just avoid using -f as a general 
rule.
