Dashboard not refreshing properly at times #29

Due to binding and refreshing of the ViewModel Collections taking place at the 
same time it is possible for a binding to not find the defined index or try to 
bind on a not fully filled collection, leading to a exceptions.

very hard to debug and not quite sure if possible to fix as the Charting 
software doesn't offer any way to suspend binding.
