WalletHistories report tab needs two refreshes at the beginning #30

For chart to properly display the wanted data, two refreshes are needed. This 
is probably due to the custom generation of the DataSeries Bindings.

Not sure if this is fixable as it has to do with the inner working of the 
visifire charting lib.
