Issues after testing #172

Need to add a global option to suppress or change errors as returned by APSIM - this is done with option 'system.intern'. However, I did not set this up for Classic yet
Need to test better the option of replacing soil profiles in sens_apsimx. It fails if I have a path to a Soil component but no soil profile

In order to close this, I need to create an example with multiple simulations and make sure it is robust. Also, maybe throw a warning if 'Soil' has a weird name

This appears to be working. One more issue is with function 'check_apsimx' and 'MaizeSoybean.apsimx'
