Support for verification #25

I was thinking of doing something like this a while back.. Why not add support for getting the plate number owner details and for verification.

Hi @RaminAbbaszadi the menu is showing on the taskbar. I have that issue with my linux also. I developed the app on windows so I didn't notice it until recently. Check this
