Create unit tests for level 0 functions #10

Currently there is only unit tests for

level 1 functions
level 2 functions (dataframe)
level 2 functions (timearray)

some tests for low level functions (level 0) could be a good idea as it will help to test code generation (especially code generation with macros https://github.com/femtotrader/TALib.jl/issues/5 )
