People often miss new projects an websites that are created by community members. This command would try and help people push out their website to people and collate these in one place for people to access.

!launch <url> <project name (optional)>
Implementation
I can see this command being quite simple. Basically it would take the url and name and push it to a database. We would then push this out to a dedicated channel in Fenders that people could join if they wished. Perhaps something like #missioncontrol or something cool ;)
It would also allow us to provide the list via an API, this could then be used on the website for example. Via something like http://bot.fende.rs/api/launch for the 20 most recent.
