[WIP] Breaking Ground #5

This pull request includes the initial work involved in getting some scaffolding in place for people to work on. This was briefly discussed within #2 but no final decisions other than using React and Redux were made.

I can see the following parts needing to have some minor work on to get up and running for people to expand upon in other PRs.

Core

[x] Express + simple landing page (no auth required)
[x] Simple ping or echo slack bot connecting to Fenders slack

[ ] Some basic storage via key value store or something more robust for use - What do we wanna do for this, do we need it yet? Just go MongoDB?

@hellstad Have cleaned up the express-generator files for this. I think it's a lot easier to understand this PR now?

I'm pretty happy with ignore the key value store for now. I agree that we probably don't need that at the moment.
