无法加速 Spotify #2

广东移动，按步骤做了，访问open.spotify.com一直超时，日志就是

[time] xxxxxxxx-tls-server-host: open.spotify.com
[time][127.0.0.1:50615] error establishing server connection: [WinError 121] 信号灯超时时间已到

可惜只支持客户端，不支持网页端。
