I personally don't want to parse the CSS, so I don't provide document URL. Then
I got this stack trace.
P.S. if I provide a document URL, the generated PDF looks nicer but, the
acrobat reader is sooo slow of rendering the new PDF ... not to mention the
printing. I guess it is slow because we use a small jpg to fill the whole web
page background.
