Dotpict like DOT PUSH mode for iPhone #105

from kewk, Hi Feng! Thanks so much for the awesome app! Would it be possible to add an input mode similar to a mouse cursor? This would make it much easier to see where you are drawing without having to zoom in and out.

I have two examples to illustrate what I mean: First one is from Dotpict, where you move the cursor with one thumb, and press the bottom PUSH button with the other. As long as you press the PUSH button, the cursor will continue to lay down pixels

Second one is from Pixel Studio, the pencil tool for this app uses direct finger input like Resprite, but it also has a "Dot Pencil" tool that makes the input mode similar to Dotpict.

I'm not sure how best to implement this if you're interested. The Dot Pencil tool in Pixel Studio isn't on the first layer of tools in the toolbar, so it's clearly secondary. But the app allows you to rearrange the icons in the toolbar, so you can sort of replace the pencil tool with the Dot Pencil as your main tool. Maybe a toggle in the settings menu to switch input modes could work?
